Define who needs the alternative
An indoor closure may affect staff, customers or only one part of a property. Tell us which people need temporary facilities and when. A bathroom elsewhere on the site is only useful if those people can actually access it.
Describe the anticipated closure without treating an uncertain reopening date as guaranteed. The daily operating pattern helps determine what needs discussion during the rental period.
Plan a route people can follow
Choose a permitted outdoor position and review the approach from the occupied space. Include washing, accessible needs and clear directions. The closest corner of a property is not automatically the most usable location.
The service approach is separate from the user route. Explain how equipment can arrive and be maintained without obstructing the activity that continues indoors.
Coordinate the transition back
When permanent facilities reopen, confirm the remaining rental need before requesting collection. Leave the access route available until the equipment has actually been removed.
Use the North Miami address for equipment and route assessment. This page is not a claim of a North Miami office or certification that temporary facilities satisfy every operating requirement for the property.
