Report the practical issue clearly
When contacting the team, give the rental location and explain the issue you can observe. A blocked approach, low supplies and damage are different problems. Avoid attempting repairs or moving equipment before receiving appropriate guidance.
If conditions make a unit unsafe to use, keep people away from the affected equipment and inform the responsible site contact. Do not assume a website enquiry is an emergency response channel. Call to discuss urgent rental concerns.
Coordinate changes before they happen
Extra users, longer shifts or a new event day may require a different service arrangement. Let the rental team know before demand increases. Ask about availability rather than assuming additional units can be supplied at short notice.
If the placement must change, describe the proposed new area and access. A move can affect stability, service reach and accessible routes, so it should be arranged rather than improvised.
Confirm collection and closure
Provide the final use date and the times the property can be accessed. Leave the units available for the agreed collection; removing signs or closing an event does not communicate a pickup instruction by itself.
Calls are accepted through the published contact number. This does not mean every operational visit is available around the clock. Delivery, service and collection timings need confirmation for the particular rental.
