Separate household and contractor access
Explain whether the household bathroom remains available and whether workers are permitted to use it. Avoid assuming that a functioning indoor toilet is part of the worksite arrangement.
Tell us the usual crew size, daily hours and expected project length. If several trades overlap only briefly, identify that peak rather than overstating or understating the whole rental.
Check the available outdoor space
Review the proposed unit position with the property owner. Consider the route from the work area, the door opening and a suitable washing arrangement. Keep entrances and everyday household movement usable.
Describe gates, parked vehicles and the surface the equipment would stand on. A location tucked behind a house may not be accessible for delivery or routine service, even if it seems convenient for the crew.
Agree who handles changes
The resident, contractor and rental contact should know who can approve a move or extension. Do not let conflicting instructions result in equipment being relocated without review.
Send the Biscayne Park address and project outline for an individual response. The guide describes a possible home-project use, not permission for a particular property or a guarantee of a model being available.
