Start with the facilities guests can use
Ask the host which indoor restrooms are available during the event and whether they remain open through setup and cleanup. Do not assume every bathroom in a home is part of the guest arrangement.
Describe attendance, duration and the times guests are likely to use facilities together. Include anyone who may need a wider or assisted-access arrangement while the layout can still be adjusted.
Balance separation with an easy approach
A discreet placement should not send people through a narrow or poorly defined route. Review doors, washing and any screening together. Keep the facilities away from the main activity without making them difficult to find.
If a trailer is being considered, check the full footprint and required connections with the property contact. A driveway that fits the trailer body may not leave room for steps, a towbar or other vehicles.
Name the person responsible after the party
The host or another authorised contact should be available for the agreed collection window. Keep the entrance clear even if guests leave cars or other suppliers return later.
Share the Golden Beach address for individual route and equipment review. This is a private-event planning guide, not a statement about local permissions or guaranteed delivery at every property. Confirm the actual arrangement before treating it as booked.
